Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to AeosGPT. “AeosGPT,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the provider who granted you access. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to accept these Terms and meet the minimum age required in your location. You are responsible for activity under your authenticated account and for protecting access to your AeosGPT sign-in email.
2. The service
AeosGPT provides AI-assisted chat, image input and generation, web search, file handling, conversation history, sharing, and voice interaction. Features, models, limits, and availability may change. Some capabilities depend on third-party services and may be interrupted or unavailable.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use AeosGPT to violate law or another person’s rights; exploit or harm minors; create or distribute malware; facilitate violent wrongdoing; bypass safeguards or usage limits; interfere with the service; scrape or resell access without permission; impersonate others; or submit content you are not authorized to use.
4. Your content
You retain any rights you have in the prompts, files, and other content you submit. You grant AeosGPT and its service providers permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and instructions are lawful and authorized.
5. AI output
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review important output before using or sharing it. AeosGPT is not a substitute for qualified professional judgment in medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact matters. You are responsible for decisions made using the service.
6. Free access and usage limits
AeosGPT is provided without an end-user subscription fee. Each activation term lasts four calendar months. When the term ends, AI features are paused until an AeosGPT administrator chooses to reactivate the account for another four months. The service operator funds AI usage and may apply fair-use limits, reduce resource-intensive features, or temporarily pause access to protect service availability and operating costs.
7. Shared conversations
A share link may expose the selected conversation and its images to anyone who receives the link. You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it and for distributing the link only to intended recipients.
8. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, or legal compliance, including for abuse, security threats, excessive resource use, or repeated violations of these Terms. You may stop using AeosGPT and clear your conversation data at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
AeosGPT is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of AeosGPT.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. Questions should be directed to the organization, workspace administrator, or service operator who provided your access.
