Privacy Policy

AeosGPT is operated by the provider who granted you access to this service (“AeosGPT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains the information AeosGPT processes and the choices available to you.
1. Information we process
When you sign in, AeosGPT processes your email address, an account display name, access activation and expiration dates, access status, and secure session information. We process prompts, conversation content, uploaded files and images, generated outputs, web-search citations, and technical request information needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How information is used
We use this information to provide AI responses, generate or analyze images, search the web when requested, save conversation history, synchronize your workspace, prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, diagnose failures, and improve service reliability.
3. AI and service providers
Prompts, attachments, and relevant conversation context are sent to OpenAI to provide AI, moderation, image, web-search, and Live Voice features. Hosting and storage providers process information needed to run AeosGPT.
4. Live Voice
Live Voice sends microphone audio through a low-latency OpenAI Realtime connection. AeosGPT does not intentionally store voice recordings or Live Voice transcripts in its own conversation database. On-screen Live Voice captions are temporary and disappear when the session ends or the page is refreshed.
5. Storage and retention
Signed-in conversation history is stored until you delete it. Uploaded and generated chat images are stored so they remain visible in conversations and shared links. Shared conversations remain available to anyone with their link until the owner clears their conversation data or the operator removes the share. Account access, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required.
6. Your controls
You can delete individual conversations from the sidebar. From the profile menu, you can clear all conversations, shared chats, and stored chat media associated with your AeosGPT account. You can also sign out at any time. Clearing AeosGPT conversation data does not delete records held independently by OpenAI.
7. Sharing
When you create a share link, the conversation content and included images become readable to anyone who has that link. Do not share confidential or sensitive information unless you intend the recipient to access it.
8. Security and children
We use access controls, short-lived voice credentials, encrypted network connections, request limits, and other safeguards designed to protect AeosGPT. No service can guarantee absolute security. AeosGPT is not directed to children under 13, and users must meet any higher minimum age required in their location.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as AeosGPT changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. For privacy requests, contact the organization, workspace administrator, or service operator who provided your AeosGPT access.
